1 cup all purpose four
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup caster sugar
2 fresh eggs
1 TS salt
1/2 TS baking soda
2 TS vanilla extract
3/4 TS baking powder
1 cup canola oil

Topping:
some crushed biscuits
vanilla & chocolate buttercream
some crushed biscuits
Ferrero Rochers

Tools:
cupcake cases
cupcake tray
piping bags

Baking Time:
180 degrees 25 minutes
